This free, entertaining, training tool is available as an easy to use PC CD ROM or online.
Most sections include an interactive quiz. Upon completion of each module, a training acknowledgement form can be printed and filed as part of your food safety records.
I'M ALERT is not a nationally accredited training package and will not satisfy the training requirements to become a food safety supervisor (pdf).
Logan City Council has a limited number of I'm ALERT packages, free to Logan food businesses and community organisations. Users with Microsoft Vista installed may encounter problems when trying to run the CD ROM on their systems. For your copy contact an Environmental Health Officer on 3412 5318.
