Loganholme / Shailer Park Business Area

ChemistThe Loganholme/Shailer Park Business Area consists of:

  • Industrial Estate (in and around Chetwynd Street)
  • Commercial Estate (North of the Hyperdome)
  • Retail area (Hyperdome, Home Centre and surrounding retail and service centre)
  • Highway Corridor (The various businesses, small shopping centres etc. located along the Pacific Hwy between the retail and industrial centre)

The Loganholme/Shailer Park business area spans the Pacific Highway, on-route between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. For some businesses the national highway road frontage provides them with optimal exposure to highway traffic.

The area has experienced rapid growth over recent years. Land developments in both the industrial estate at the southern end of the node and the commercial precinct at the north, have resulted in opportunities for new businesses to establish in or relocate to the area.

WorkshopThe Piazza - a new entertainment, leisure and dining precinct located at the Hyperdome has transformed the node, making Loganholme/Shailer Park a vibrant and exciting area to work.

The areas key strengths include:

The area has a strong business support network. The Logan Chamber of Commerce meet at Fitzy's Loganholme for their regular networking breakfast on the third Wednesday of the month.
