To establish the viability of purchasing a licensable business, it is strongly recommended that the potential purchaser apply for a business report (also known as a health search) by lodging an Application for Non-Residential Property Information (PS2) (pdf).
This search provides the potential purchaser with a database report on the status of licensed signs at the business. The report will be provided to the potential purchaser five business days after receipt of application.
