Additional inspections for licensed premises and activities (other than routine inspections), plan processing inspections (other than final inspections) and search reinspections. $216.00 + $108 per hour

Administration notes 
Charitable organisation - recognised charitable organisations, churches, etc may receive 50% off the prescribed fees.

NIL licensing - The following suburbs are subject to a NIL licensing fee. 

Bahrs Scrub, Bannockburn, Beenleigh, Belivah, Bethania, Eagleby, Edens Landing, Holmview, Mount Warren Park, Waterford, Windaroo, Wolffdene

Pro-rata fees - After 1 January and 1 April, pro-rata fees apply.

Refunds - If an application is withdrawn/cancelled before it is decided a percentage of the application fees will be refunded.

  • Application stage - 75%
  • Information request stage - 50%
  • Decision stage - Nil

Verified business closures may be considered for refund if applied in writing as per the following criteria:

  • Within first 6 months of licence/registration effect date - 50%  (less administrative charge to draw cheque)
  • After 6 months of licence/registration effect date - nil refund
