NIL licensing - The following suburbs are subject to a NIL licensing fee.

| Pro-rata fees - After 1 January and 1 April, pro-rata fees apply. |

Refunds - If an application is withdrawn/cancelled before it is decided a percentage of the application fees will be refunded.
- Application stage - 75%
- Information request stage - 50%
- Decision stage - Nil
Verified business closures may be considered for refund if applied in writing as per the following criteria:
- Within first 6 months of licence/registration effect date - 50% (less administrative charge to draw cheque)
- After 6 months of licence/registration effect date - nil refund
