The purpose and general effect of the proposed amendments are to update various parts of the Planning Scheme and includes changes to Definitions, Domains, Local Area Plans, Codes and various Maps. The amendments are referred to as Amendment Package 5. A copy of the planning scheme amendment is available for inspection and purchase at the Logan City Council Customer Service Centres at Logan Central, Jimboomba and Beenleigh, or can be downloaded below. Submissions must: Be signed by each person making the submission Be received on or before close of business on 18 September 2009 State the name and address of each person making the submission State the grounds of the submission and facts and circumstances relied on in support of these grounds.
