Background Over the past few years, Council, the state government and the local community have been working towards a plan to revitalise Springwood. The initiative involves creating a vibrant town centre in Springwood, offering a host of dining, retail, commercial, residential, transport and entertainment options, and connecting existing shopping and commercial precincts. Public transport is also a key feature in our planning, and the busway must now be taken into consideration.
