Signs

Directional signs

Directional signs are usually located under the street name sign to indicate a community facility in a particular street. Requests for new directional signs should be made by contacting Logan Techservices on 3412 5415

Traffic signs

All enquiries relating to requests for new, or changes to existing regulatory traffic signs (e.g. Stop signs, Give Way signs, No Parking signs, etc.), should be made by contacting Logan Techservices on 3412 5415.

Enforcement of regulatory traffic signs falls under the jurisdiction of the Police or, in the case of parking signs, Council's Regulatory Services Branch who can be contacted on 3412 5318.

Damaged directional or traffic signs

Council has a specialised team dedicated to reinstating/replacing any damaged signs within Council's road reserve. Vandalism or a vehicular accident can cause sign damage. Without the presence of many of these regulatory signs, the community is at risk (e.g. damage to a Stop or Give-Way sign).

As a responsible Council we are always on the lookout for damaged signs. If you have identified a sign that has been damaged, please notify Logan Works on 3412 5436.
