Leadership and culture journey
We are on a leadership and culture journey. The journey provides everyone with innovative opportunities for leadership development and encourages everyone to be part of Logan City Council, not just be here. The journey also aims to improve the health and wellbeing of all staff.
It's about employing the right people and wanting you to stay with us for a while and enjoy your time and experiences with us.
We have four project teams who develop a variety of events and programs for everyone to participate in.
