Our Engagement and Participation team encourages everyone to be part of Logan City Council, not just be here.
Objectives
- To increase awareness of the range and diversity of services across the organisation.
- To break down the barriers by increasing communication and fostering team work.
- To encourage staff to enjoy working at Logan.
Key projects
- 'Staff open days' to build awareness about key functions and responsibilities of areas of the organisation.
- 'Survivor lunch time games' to have some fun and friendly competition.
