Objectives Identify opportunities to recognise and promote effective leadership skills. Identify strategies to influence positive leadership at all levels. Identify strategies that support a diversity of leadership structures and styles. Foster, maintain and promote a supportive, mentoring environment. Research, monitor and evaluate emerging leadership trends and practices. Key projects 'Leadership Live Breakfast' series for guest speakers to present their views on successful and innovative leadership through their own personal experiences over breakfast. 'Taking the Lead' is a leadership development program developed for staff by staff and is designed to develop and further refine the leadership competencies of participants through a combination of individual coaching, group workshops and mentoring.
