Our People and Places team encourages, facilitates and acknowledges customer service excellence by being innovative and responsive, promoting a positive image of Logan.
Objectives
- Ensure accurate, consistent, effective and efficient communication.
- Continually develop and facilitate positive and responsive relationships with our internal and external customers.
- Promote and foster individual ownership of customer service.
Key projects
- 'Back to front' allows supervisors, team leaders and other interested staff to take on a customer service role for a few hours.
- 'Study tours' research and raise awareness of the functions and benefits of customer service excellence across and beyond council.
