Logan City is reaching an exciting time of life. How the City will look, feel and work is up for discussion and you have the opportunity to participate.
We ask you to take a look at Logan City Council's Statement of Proposal (pdf) and submit your comments by 23 October 2009 to planningscheme@logan.qld.gov.au.
Logan City Council is required by the State Government to produce a Statement of Proposals which identifies matters related to Logan City's planning scheme, identifies ways to address these matters, and states how the planning scheme will reflect the South East Queensland Regional Plan 2009-2031.
The Logan City Planning Scheme coordinates and integrates infrastructure needs, land use and development, valuable features, and takes into account any State and regional dimensions.
For more information view the Statement of Proposal (pdf) online or visit Council's administrative centres in Logan, Beenleigh and Jimboomba to view a hard copy.
