As a result of the new Standing Committee Structure and the formation of Logan's first City Leadership Cabinet, there are some changes in regards to the name, time, responsibilities and several committees.

Each council minutes document consists of an agenda made up of individual reports or items. The agenda is considered by the relevant standing committee and a recommendation is made for each individual item. Council then makes resolutions which become the final decision of Council. The minutes of the Ordinary Council meetings are subject to confirmation at subsequent meetings.
Reports are available to the public with the exception of those classified as confidential pursuant to section 463 of the Local Government Act 1993.
Minutes are available on the web site for 12 months. Minutes of earlier council meetings can be obtained by contacting the Governance Branch on 3412 5911.
