Sale of vehicles on roads
Council prohibits vehicle sales and the offering of vehicles for sale on public roads or footways under its Local Law No. 12 (Sale of vehicles on roads).
These restrictions apply equally to licensed dealers and residents.
'On-the-spot' fines of $500 are issued for breaches of this local law.
