Census for your dog

Council conducts a systematic inspection program to enhance the integrity of Council's Dog Registration Database for all premises in Logan City every year.

This program is conducted in accordance with Section 1098 of the Local Government Act 1993 and will assist Council to promote compliance with its local laws.

Authorised Council officers will visit homes between 7 am and 6 pm Monday to Saturday from 1 October 2008 to 30 June 2009, as per the table below. Officers will carry personal identification and residents are urged to request they produce such identification.

2 2 January 2009 - 31 March 2009 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11
3 1 April 2009 - 30 June 2009 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10
