Applications for 2009 have now closed.
We support community organisations who run Christmas carols events in Logan through the Logan City Christmas Carols Grant Program.
We invite submissions from community organisations to stage non-commercial, community driven carols events.
Funding is available at four levels:
- Neighbourhood event - $1,500 (events expecting fewer than 1,000 people)
- Community event - $3,000 (events expecting 1,000 to 2,500 people)
- Major community event - $4,500 (events expecting 2,500 to 5,000 people)
- Mega community event - $6,500 (those expecting more than 5,000 people)
Organisations can request up to $500 worth of Logan City Council merchandise to be used as free giveaways at their event.
Successful applicants will also receive city wide promotion of their event.
Potential applicants have until 5pm Wednesday 16 September 2009 to submit their application.
