First aid kit
It is recommended your first aid kit include:
- Pair of scissors
- Packet of safety pins
- Bottle or sachet of antiseptic wipes (do not store open bottles)
- Packet of antiseptic wipes
- Roll sticking plaster 2.5cm
- Packet of plaster dressing strips
- 2 x 5cm bandages
- 2 x 2.5cm bandages (useful for fingers)
- 2 x 7.5cm crepe bandages
- 2 x 10cm roll of combine dressing
- 2 packets of sterile non-stick dressings
- Packet of tulle gras (tulle impregnated with vaseline, ideal for gravel rash, etc.)
- Bottle of vinegar
- 3 triangular bandages
- Packet of sterile gauze squares 5cm x 5cm
- Large plaster strip
