Ratepayers can now register to view and pay their rate notice online using BPAY View.
BPAY View extends the facilities of BPAY by giving you the capability to view your bill online at your Internet bank site. You can also view your bill on the Council web site and then be directed to your participating bank's Internet site to pay through BPAY.

How do I register?
If you already pay your Rate Notice or other bills by BPAY using Internet banking and you would like to view your bill online, then all you need to do is to register for BPAY View for Logan City Council at your participating bank's Internet site or you can register here by completing the registration form.
If you are already using BPAY over the Internet and your bank supports BPAY View we suggest you register there for BPAY View in order to view your notices online, not here.
How do I view and pay my rates notice?
Internet Banking - If you have registered at your participating bank's Internet site please contact your bank for specific information on how you will be notified that a rate notice is available for viewing.
Council's Internet site - If you have registered on Council's site you can login, view and pay your current rates notice online. Once a notice is available for viewing an email will be sent from Council's Bill Service Provider from e-mail address bounce@billsecure.commsecure.com.au to the email address supplied at the time of registration.
