Logan Water is the water and wastewater services provider to Logan City's 261,000 residents and 4,700 commercial and industrial properties.

Area of responsibility
Operations - the operation and maintenance of the water and sewerage reticulation network, reservoirs, pumping stations and water services.
Infrastructure Management - forward planning, design, capital works delivery, contract administration, construction, private works and asset management.
Finance and Performance Management - financial planning and management, business performance measurement and monitoring, and benchmarking.
Water Management Services - water meter reading, billing services, customer service, trade waste (source) control, water demand management and WaterWise public awareness.
Strategy and Business Planning - strategic planning, business planning, total management planning, quality, risk and environmental management, marketing, communications and service level agreements.
Scientific Services - laboratory testing and advisory services.
Treatment - operation and management of wastewater treatment centres.
