Note: The diameter of the service for a residential use in transferring area D will be deemed to be the service diameter set out in the table below, except where its water usage is less than 800 kilolitres per annum where the diameter of the service will be deemed to be 20mm. Non-residential properties' Water Service Charge is a fixed amount based on the consumption and size of your water service connection.  Refer base charge for transferring area D.
