Adoption of Amendment 1 Part A to BSC Planning Scheme (Precinct Changes)

Notice is given under the Integrated Planning Act 1997, Schedule 1 that on the 26 May 2011 Council adopted Amendment No. 1 Part A to the Beaudesert Shire Planning Scheme 2007 as administered by Logan City Council.
The purpose and general effect of the proposed amendments are to:
- Remove a number of lots from the Countryside Precinct and include them in the Rural Residential Precinct; and
- Alter the precinct designation of lot 11 CP 819119 from Passive Recreation to Rural Residential.
The planning scheme amendment has effect on and from 25 June 2011.
A copy of the planning scheme amendment is available for inspection and purchase at the Logan City Council Customer Service Centres at Logan Central, Jimboomba and Beenleigh, or can be downloaded from Council's website at www.logan.qld.gov.au.
