Logan Street Services Guide

A book to help you find practical information and useful services in the Logan area if you have nowhere to live or you are at risk of losing your home.

Christmas Meals and Activities

The festive season can be a time of celebration for many, however for some members of the community this time of year is associated with isolation and can be difficult.

Local organisations across the city will be hosting activities throughout the month of December for vulnerable members of the community to receive a free meal and to connect and celebrate with others. A list of the activities being delivered across the city has been compiled and is available for residents to access.

Community directory

The community directory is a list of clubs, sporting groups, associations and other organisations throughout the region.

Visit the community directory and add your non-profit or community organisation's information to the directory.

Community Profile

The Logan City Community Profile enables you to analyse community characteristics and understand how they have changed over time for the Logan Local Government Area. It also allows you to compare geographic areas.

Visit the Community Profile Information page for further information.

Community Services e-newsletter

The Community Services Update is an e-newsletter that aims to promote current opportunities and programs within the Logan area that are run by community organisations and groups.

Welcome signage

The people of Logan City are proud of their cultural diversity, and you can share in that pride by promoting Logan City Council's inclusive welcome message.

We have developed artwork featuring the word 'welcome' in English and more than 40 other languages spoken in our community. This artwork is on display at Council’s Administration Centre main entrance and in businesses, community groups, government offices and non-government agencies across our community.

You can download the artwork and help spread the message, either by printing and displaying it, or including the artwork as part of your online platform.

The welcome message is one of a number of initiatives being delivered through Council and the Logan: City of Choice Community Cohesion Working Group to help build a stronger, more cohesive community in the City of Logan.
