Community Workshops

Council recognises the pivotal role community-focused organisations, groups and club in fostering inclusive, healthy communities and is committed to supporting the learning and development of individuals, community groups, organisations and club in the City of Logan.

Capacity Building Workshops Calendar

Council has developed a community workshops calendar to provide a centralised resource of free or low cost professional development workshops in Logan to increase the accessability of training and development for community organisations, groups and clubs.

These workshops are open to all residents in Logan.

Booking and Registration

The workshops & training included are delivered by a range of providers, including Logan City Council. As such, the cost and registration information will vary for each workshop.

Please contact the provider directly to confirm attendance or cost at workshops.

Business Workshops

The Logan Office of Economic Development provides a range of workshops and events across the year for the Logan business community.  

The Logan Office for Economic Development works with a collaborative team of supporting partners including all levels of government, industry groups, and local, regional and international chambers of commerce to assist Logan businesses achieve success and growth.

Event Support

Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) have developed a Queensland Events Guide to assist event organisers throughout an entire event lifecycle.

The  Guide has been designed provides advice on everything leading up to an event, event delivery, through to post-event activities, whilst highlighting the important link between events and tourism.

Weed Management Workshop
