Heads Up Project - Youth and Family Service (Logan City) Inc.

The Heads Up Project is funded to provide early intervention mental health support to young people 15-25 years, in the Logan/Beenleigh area who may be experiencing the early signs of a mental illness or who have had their  first contact with mental health services.

The program is available for up to 3 months with, if requested, a 3 week stay in the Heads Up House which is staffed 24/7 by YFS. The house is conveniently located in Slacks Creek and this component of the program is only available for 18-25 year olds. Parents in this age group may also bring their children to stay with them into the house.

For more information on this service please visit the Youth and Family Service website.

Story Time helps your child to develop literacy skills through stories, songs and activities. Sessions aim to encourage reading and learning and the enjoyment of books in a group environment. For ages 3-5. Duration 45-60 minutes. These groups are great for families with young children and they are completely free!

Check out the Story Time flyer (PDF 521 KB) for more information on session times and locations.
