Logan Recycling Market
If you value the saying 'One man's trash is another man's treasure', then Logan's Recycling Market will become your new paradise of quality pre-loved goods.
You'll have hours of fun browsing the aisles of reasonably priced items that are sourced at Council's Waste and Recycling Facilities, to bag that one-of-a-kind treasure.
Every purchase you make helps to make a difference, with a share of profits going to local charities via the Logan Mayoress Community Services Committee.
Items sold include:
- Hardware materials
- Household furniture
- Building materials
- Plus lots more
You can drop off items for the Market whenever you visit one of Council's waste and recycling facilities located at Browns Plains, Carbrook, Beenleigh, Logan Village and Greenbank. These items will then be transferred to the Logan Recycling Market to be sorted and sold.
Are you moving house and have lots of furniture or other unwanted goods you'd like to donate to the Logan Recycling Market? Council is sometimes in a position to offer a free collection service for large amounts of goods being donated to the Market. The pick-up service is only available for selected items, times and areas, and there could be a delay between requesting and receiving the collection. To see if you are eligible for the pick-up service of your unwanted second hand items, contact the Logan Recycling Market.
Open Friday to Monday (excluding public holidays), from 10am to 5pm at the Browns Plains Waste and Recycling Facility, 349 Browns Plains Rd, Heritage Park.
