There is a range of activities that Logan's community can be involved with to help improve the health of our waterways and wetlands. Starting with simple things you can do at home to volunteering in our bushcare program.

Connect to your Creek Week

17 to 25 May 2014

Connect to your Creek Week is an opportunity to celebrate the diversity and beauty of Logan’s waterways - connecting people with their local creeks - through fun and engaging activities.

What: Logan River Park Run
When: 7am, 17 May 2014
Where: Logan River Parklands
Description: Join us for a 5 km fun run along the Logan River!

What: Wolffdene - Cedar Creek Rural Fire Brigade Open Day
When: 10am to 5pm, 24 May 2014
Where: 17 Veivers Road, Wolffdene
Description: Learn about Logan's River Recovery Program at this fun-filled community open day

What: Riverdale Park Tree Planting
When: 9am to 11am, 25 May 2014
Where: Riverdale Park, Armstrong Drive, Meadowbrook
Description: Join your local community and be a part of the journey to recovery of the Slacks Creek catchment. Come and plant a tree and enjoy a free BBQ by the river.
