About Us
Logan City Council opened Logan Art Gallery in 1995 as a community based initiative which celebrates Logan and Queensland artists and provides a dynamic program for residents and visitors who enjoy the visual arts.
Exhibitions change approximately every six weeks and the program seeks to explore the diversity of art making in Australia. Priority is given to Logan artists' work.
As part of the Queensland network of regional galleries, the Logan Art Gallery shows a mix of touring exhibitions, local artists' work, visiting artists and permanent collections.
If you are interested in exhibiting at Logan Art Gallery, please complete and lodge the Solo Exhibition Application Form (PDF 1901 KB) or the Group Exhibition Application Form (PDF 1904 KB).
A Tips for Writing an Effective Exhibition Application (PDF 207 KB) is available to assist in completing the Application Form.
If you do not currently have an ABN, a Statement by Supplier (PDF 159 KB) will also be required.
After submitting your application, you will receive a letter acknowledging receipt of the forms by Logan Art Gallery.
Logan Art Gallery works with an Annual Exhibition Program which is developed mid-year for the following year. Artists included in the following year's program will be notified of the outcome in October-November each year. At this time, there is an approximate three year wait for exhibitions.
