Major Projects (One Stop Shop)

The One Stop Shop process focuses on the resolution of key issues at pre-application stage through effective project management and a structured framework, which commits to timeframes and negotiations. The One Stop Shop Charter (PDF 211 KB) sets out the standards of service you can expect from the One Stop Shop service.

Development that will be considered for declaration under the One Stop Shop service must meet one of the criteria as specified in the One Stop Shop Major Project Declaration Form (PDF 207 KB).
