Fast-Track

Fast-Track applications, previously known as non-accredited RiskSmart applications, are for houses which trigger Material Change of Use applications because of bushfire and/or noise and/or steep slope overlays, under the Logan Planning Scheme 2006.

RiskSmart

RiskSmart applications are for developments that are low-risk and low-impact, if lodged by a Council Accredited Consultant. You can have your development application assessed and decided on quickly, usually within five business days.

Well Made Endorsement

Well Made Endorsement is designed to offer applicants a more efficient and streamlined development assessment (DA) process by ensuring development applications are properly made and well made before lodgement with Council.
