Compliance Assessment
The Compliance Assessment process has been introduced to apply to a wider range of compliance matters. The application of this assessment means that certain developments, documents or works can be approved for compliance with certain criteria. Landscaping
In certain circumstances, landscaping works can be lodged to Council as Compliance Assessment. Please refer to Landscape Development Manual (PDF 8425 KB) or contact a Council Landscape Architect on 07 3412 5269.
With the 2011-12 fees and charges now in effect it has been identified that there is a need for:
- Applicants to calculate the required landscape operational works or compliance assessment application fees; and
- Officers to check if the required / correct landscape operational works or compliance assessment application fees have been paid in assessing 'properly made';
