Council's annual residents' survey helps us to determine the level of importance and satisfaction with Council's current services to ensure plan effectively for the needs of our growing community.
2011 Residents' Survey
Council conducted its second annual resident's survey in October 2011. This survey demonstrated the satisfaction ratings for Council services and facilities and highlighted the priority areas for improvement. The survey provided Council with vital information on how to meet community's values and expectations.
2010 Residents' Survey
Council conducted its first annual residents' survey in November 2010. This survey provided a clear sense of the services that are most important to the community, and provided feedback on how well we are delivering these services. The survey results provided us with vital information to ensure our corporate priorities aligned with our community's values and expectations.
