Loganholme Neighbourhood Planning

Loganholme Neighbourhood Plan

In March this year, Logan City Council asked for your feedback on the draft Loganholme Neighbourhood Plan.  Based on the input received, Council resolved that the draft plan will not progress in the form as advertised. As such, the plan as advertised should be disregarded. Development in the area will continue to be guided by the Logan Planning Scheme 2006.

Submissions

The Loganholme Neighbourhood Plan was released for public consultation from 14 March 2011 to 13 May 2011. The community consultation on the plan has been invaluable in gaining a better understanding of the issues that are most important to the community.

Council has carefully considered the 599 submissions received during the consultation period and decided that further work is required to develop a plan that adequately addresses the matters raised in submissions. Relevant issues and concerns will be used to inform a revised plan for the area.
