'As Constructed' Plans

Council provides information in relation to 'as constructed' house drainage, roofwater (if available)stormwater, sewerage, water supply, and allotment earthworks (if available) within or adjacent to properties or along streets.

Copies of plans can be obtained on completion of the following forms and payment of the fees as indicated on the forms.

Domestic 'As Constructed' drainage plans

The Domestic 'As Constructed' drainage plans show the sanitary drainage connecting the fixtures on the property (e.g. toilets, sink) to the sewer infrastructure connection point or the treatment plant in the case of a non sewered area.

If available the Roofwater As Constructed plan will be provided with the Domestic As Constructed plans.

Please note: This is a search fee and will not be refunded if no plans are recovered by Council

Council has no plans for the Beaudesert Shire Council pre 1995.

Commercial 'As Constructed' drainage plans

The Commercial As Constructed drainage plans show the sanitary drainage connecting the fixtures on the property (e.g. toilets, sink) to the sewer infrastructure connection point or the treatment plant in the case of a non sewered area for a commercial property.

Please note: This is a search fee and will not be refunded if no plans are recovered by Council

Council has no plans for the Beaudesert Shire Council pre 1995.

Sewer, water, stormwater and roofwater 'As Constructed' drainage plans

As Constructed Plans show the location and physical details of sewer lines, water mains, stormwater pipes, pits and roofwater lines.

Applicants can specify which categories (sewer, water, stormwater/roofwater) to be provided.

Alternatively, copies of plans are available (upon completion of the form) at Council's Administration Centre. Council will process all requests within five working days.
