'As Constructed' Plans
Council provides information in relation to 'as constructed' stormwater, sewerage, water supply, roofwater (if available) and allotment earthworks (if available) within or adjacent to properties or along streets.
These plans show the location and size of stormwater and sewerage pipes and manholes, water supply mains and roofwater lines.
Please note: These do not include services within the building or connecting the building to Council's mains. For this information please refer to Property Conveyance Searches.
Copies of plans can be obtained on completion of the following forms and payment of the fees as indicated on the forms.
Please note: Council will contact the applicant to advise whether plans are available or not, and if available how to make payment.
Council has no plans for the Beaudesert Shire Council pre 1995.

The requests should include sufficient details to enable a tax invoice to be issued. Alternatively, copies of plans are available (upon completion of the form) at Council's Administration Centre. Council will process all requests within two working days.
