What does administration mean for me as a resident?
All Council services will continue to operate efficiently and on time. Rubbish bins will continue to be collected, parks will continue to be maintained and all other services will continue as usual.
What if I have a complaint or issue to raise?
You can lodge complaints or suggestions in the usual way via the Council’s Contact Centre on 3412 3412, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, by visiting one of Council’s Customer Service Centres or by post to PO Box 3226, LOGAN CITY DC 4114.
I have an existing complaint/issue lodged with my previous councillor. Who do I talk to about this now?
Any issues you have raised with the previous elected representatives would have been lodged with Council for action. If this is not the case, please raise your issue via one of our customer service channels, including Council’s Contact Centre on 3412 3412, by emailing email@example.com, by visiting one of Council’s Customer Service Centres or by post to PO Box 3226, LOGAN CITY DC 4114.
I want to have a meeting with the CEO or Administrator. How do I request this?
You can lodge your request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by post to PO Box 3226, LOGAN CITY DC 4114.
Will customer service centres still operate?
All Council Customer Service centres will operate as usual. Details of where our customer service centres are located and hours of operation are on the Contact Us page of Council’s website.
Can I still attend Council meetings?
There will still be regular Council meetings and you can attend them as per usual practice. Please refer to the Meetings page on Council’s website for further details.
How long will Council be in administration?
The Interim Administrator will remain until the conclusion of a fresh election of councillors for Logan City Council.
