Council to secure future of Beenleigh tennis courts
Published: 10 April 2018
Logan City Council’s tennis courts in Beenleigh are set for an exciting future with plans for the Dauth Park precinct to be considered by Council over the coming weeks.
A master plan for the Dauth Park sports precinct will go to a committee meeting this week and as a part of its long-term plans for the precinct, Council will call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a lease of the existing tennis courts.
The current lease of the tennis courts will expire at the end of May.
The EOI process was chosen as the best option going forward while the Dauth Park masterplan awaits Council adoption and possible future funding.
The EOI is anticipated to be open from April 24 - May 11, 2018.
Further information on the EOI will be posted to council’s website when tenders open: http://www.logan.qld.gov.au/facilities-and-recreation/sport-recreation-and-community-leasing/leasing
