Use your ImagiNation this holiday

The City of Logan is once again bringing the popular ImagiNation Children’s Festival back this September school holidays.
Parents looking for ideas to keep children aged to 12 years and younger entertained will have more than 170 action-packed activities to choose from.
All are low or no cost and offer everything from cooking classes, arts and crafts, story-telling, sports and play and much, much more.
Councillor Laurie Smith, City Image Chairperson, said it’s the third time The City of Logan has hosted the festival.
“This is all about giving children something to do to combat boredom and take some of the pressure of parents,” Cr Smith said.
“The various events are carefully curated to encourage inquisitive play and inspiring kids to explore their talents and creative potential.
“It also teaches them, in a fun way, about the various open spaces this city has and the opportunities for play that exist.”
ImagiNation begins on September 22 and runs through to October 7.
Prize packs are also up for grabs during the festival.
Booking early is recommended, as some free and ticketed events have limited spaces available.
