Terms and conditions are the set of terms that control a contract. These terms will not apply to the contract, until and unless all parties to the contract agree on those terms.
Council's standard terms of trading are thirty (30) days from statement date and delivery terms are Free into Store (FIS).
Requests to make changes to the standard payment terms for suppliers can only be varied with the prior approval of Council's Finance Manager.
