There are a range of free or low-cost activities for you and the family to get involved in. New programs will be regularly added, or you can sign up to receive our monthly Active and Healthy e-newsletter by emailing your request and contact details to email@example.com.
Make sure you’re prepared if you’re working out at home:
Create a safe space to do your activity, with enough room to move about.
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Bring a towel and water bottle.
Exercise within your limits and seek advice from a health professional if unsure.
