Online sessions

Before using the online sessions you must ensure you are in good health with no underlying medical issues. The activities are provided by third parties, not by Logan City Council, and your legal relationship is with that third party provider.

Make sure you’re prepared if you’re working out at home:

  • Create a safe space to do your activity, with enough room to move about.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
  • Bring a towel and water bottle.
  • Exercise within your limits and seek advice from a health professional if unsure.
