Online sessions
Make sure you’re prepared if you’re working out at home:
- Create a safe space to do your activity, with enough room to move about.
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
- Bring a towel and water bottle.
- Exercise within your limits and seek advice from a health professional if unsure.
