Our team is continuing to monitor the impacts of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic on our local businesses.

Businesses based in Logan can now apply for a 50 per cent discount to their 2020/2021 licence fee renewals, which in most cases are due on August 31. This is in addition to fees already refunded or waived in 2019/2020.

Relief assistance

For those who may be under financial hardship, including individuals, families and business owners, relief assistance in available across all levels of government.

Logan City Council has announced a financial support package to provide immediate and long-term support to its community and business owners impacted by the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

NBN Co has established a $150 million financial relief and assistance fund to help internet providers support residential and small and medium business customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

It ensures that no home or small business gets disconnected because they can’t afford to pay their broadband bill.
