Leadership & Culture Journey
Council began its leadership and culture journey in 2003 to provide everyone in the organisation with opportunities for personal and professional development.
The journey has progressed through a number of phases, with the latest phase, "building our values-based culture" launched in October 2010.
This phase will align all that we do at Council to what we value as an organisation: our people, leadership, integrity and excellence.
Initiatives delivered under the leadership and culture journey encourage staff to become part of the fabric of Council.
Council believes the leadership and culture journey establishes a clear point of difference for prospective employees, and helps us to employ the right people, so they want to stay and enjoy their time and experiences with us.
