Safe City Awards
Logan City Council is excited to announce that nominations for the annual City of Logan Safe City Awards are now open!
Do you know of an individual, community organisation or volunteer group who make the City of Logan even safer? Maybe you know of a government department or local business who is working hard to make our city safer. Are you, or someone you know, doing work in the community that contributes to building a safer city? Or do you know an awesome crime prevention or community safety project that has been delivered in the City of Logan during the last 12 months?

The City of Logan Safe City Awards acknowledge the work of volunteer groups, individuals, not-for-profit groups, government agencies and businesses within the City of Logan who contribute to making our neighbourhoods more welcoming, inclusive and safe.

Alternatively, hard copy nomination forms can be provided on request.
Nominations close 6 September 2019 and the awards ceremony will be held on 20 November 2019. All nominees and nominators will receive invitations to attend the ceremony.
Nominations can be made under three categories:
- Not-for-profit (not operating for a profit or personal gain).
- Volunteer (an individual or group that receives no payment for their time and services).
- Every nominee will receive a certificate.
- Each category winner will receive a $200 gift card, plaque and certificate.
- Each category runner-up will receive a $50 gift card, plaque and certificate.
