About this event
Occurs Mondays weekly.
These classes improve mobility, confidence and water awareness. The classes provide a tailored approach to exercise.
Classes are available for adults and children from four years old. They are also suitable for people with disability or injury.
Sessions run every 30 minutes between 9.00am and 12.00pm. There will be a limit of six people per class.
Please note classes will run during school terms only. Bookings are essential.
