We’re working to make it much easier to do business with us online. ​

We’re finalising a series of new online tools, services and functions. Soon, you’ll be able find what you need and access our services simply and quickly. 

Here’s what’s coming:

New Careers section  We’re providing more information on what it’s like to work at Logan City Council (now live).​
My Property revamp You’ll be able to see the status of all services and information relating to your property, from water supply and roadworks, to bin collection.​
City of Logan app rebuild We’re making this app more useful and more user-friendly. It will offer quick access to all our services via mobile device.​
Most popular services available in one click We know you want to find the information and services you need online without a lot of fuss. We’re making changes to our website home page to make that possible.​
Introducing live chat and LARA Sometimes you need help using our online services. We’ll soon have live chat available (with a real person) as well as our new Logan Automated Response Assistant (LARA) for those questions that have quick answers.​
Improved online services We’re making changes so that it takes less effort to report an issue online. 
My Account We’re introducing a secure customer portal, available 24/7, where you can access all online services through a single log-in.​
