Customer service centres

Our Customer service centres will be closed on:

• Wednesday 25 December 2019
• Thursday 26 December 2019
• Wednesday 1 January 2020.

Waste and recycling facilities

The Browns Plains waste and recycling facility is open every day over the holiday period.

Other waste and recycling facilities, listed below, will be closed on Wednesday 25 December. 

• Beenleigh waste and recycling facility 
• Carbrook waste and recycling facility 
• Greenbank waste and recycling facility 
• Logan Village waste and recycling facility.

Logan Recycling Market

The Recycle market will close from Tuesday 17 December 2019 to Thursday 9 January 2020.

Libraries

The Beenleigh, Logan Central, Logan Hyperdome, Logan North, Logan West, Marsden and Greenbank Libraries will be closed:

• from 6.00pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019
• Wednesday 25 December 2019
• Thursday 26 December 2019
• Wednesday 1 January 2020.

Jimboomba Library and Logan Village Library will be closed:

• 5.30pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019

Logan Art Gallery

The Logan Art Gallery will be closed from Wednesday 25 December 2019 to Wednesday 1 January 2020. 

The gallery will reopen at 10.00am on Thursday 2 January 2020.

Animal management centre

The Animal management centre will be closed on:

• Wednesday 25 December
• Thursday 26 December
• Sunday 29 December
• Wednesday 1 January.

Logan Entertainment Centre

Logan Entertainment Centre will be closed:

• from 4.30pm on Tuesday 31 December 2019 and will reopen at 8.00am on Monday 6 January 2020

Beenleigh Events Centre will be closed:

• from 4.30pm on Tuesday 31 December 2019 and will reopen on Monday 6 January 2020.

Logan West Community Centre, Underwood Park Hall and SW1 will be closed:

• from Saturday 21 December 2019 and will reopen on Monday 13 January  2020. 

Aquatic Centres

Logan North Aquatic Centre will be closed:

• from 5.00pm Tuesday 24 December 2019 and will reopen on Tuesday 31 December 2019 at 5.30am to 5.00pm and open on Wednesday 1 January 2020 from 10.00am to 4.00pm

Beenleigh Aquatic Centre will be closed:

• from 5.00pm Tuesday 24 December 2019 and will reopen on Tuesday 31 December 2019 at 6.00am to 5.00pm and open on Wednesday 1 January 10.00am to 4.00pm

All immunisation services will be closed from Monday 23 December 2019 to Sunday 5 January 2020.

The Beenleigh Neighbourhood Centre will close from 21 December 2019 to 2 January 2020. For bookings over the holiday period, contact the centre before 21 December 2019.

Bethania Community Centre 

The Bethania Community Centre will close from 20 December 2019 to 6 January 2020. For bookings over the holiday period contact the centre before 20 December 2019.

Booran Park Neighbourhood Centre

Caddies Community Centre

Logan Central Community Centre

Logan Village Community Centre

The following closures apply to Logan Village Community Centre:

• Logan Village Craft Cottage - closed from 23 December 2019 to 13 January 2020
• Logan Village Museum - closed from 20 December 2019 to 13 January 2020
• Logan Village Craft Group - closed from 4 December 2019 to 5 January 2020
• Spinners Weavers and Dyers Group - closed from 10 December 2019 to 15 January 2020.
