Applications to become an Active and Healthy program provider have now closed. Our next round of applications will open 4 January 2022.
How does it work?
We will be looking to deliver activities across all areas of our city. Activities should:
be good value for money
meet existing or emerging community needs
show regular participation and positive feedback (if delivered before)
be held in line with our terms and conditions.
We will give preference to providers based in Logan. If you’re looking for a venue for your activity, try one of our fantastic community centres or parks.
Benefits of participating
As part of the Active and Healthy program, you may receive:
A service provider rate of $20 per hour. You can also charge up to $5 per participant, per session (which you will retain).
A travel subsidy for eligible applications of $20 per activity. To be eligible, you must deliver activities in our regional suburbs (and not live in the area). These include Flagstone, Greenbank, Jimboomba, Mundoolun, Yarrabilba, Cedar Grove, Cedar Vale and Woodhill.
