We understand that our ratepayers may experience financial challenges from time to time. If you need a payment plan or more time to pay, you can:

contact us on 07 3412 5230 during business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm), or
fill in this form and we will contact you within 7 business days to discuss this with you.

The discount for prompt payment does not apply for payment plans or extension of time to pay.

If you already have a payment plan in place, you don’t need to do anything as your payment plan will continue as normal.
