Headspace Youth Reference Group

Youth Reference Group is made up of diverse group of young people of various cultures and backgrounds between the ages of 12 to 25, that are passionate about advocating for youth mental health services within the community. PCYC Youth Management Teams (YMT)

Where: Logan City PCYC, Beenleigh PCYC, Crestmead PCYC

A social leadership group who discuss local issues and then implement ways to support these issues. The program aims to group the participants leadership skills through volunteering, resume/job help, attending state programs, Duke of Ed, etc.

Each YMT's purpose varies slightly with aims and objectives. Participation is the YMT's are by invitation only, however referrals and suggestions can be made.

Street Union

Street University

The Street Union is made up of existing Street University participants generally between the ages of 14 to18 year olds. These young people take ownership over setting the culture at Street University as well as taking part in the general operations of the site (i.e. hiring workshop facilitators; running workshops; running events; engaging new visitors etc.)

Beenleigh Yatala Junior Chamber of Commerce
