Active and Healthy program

The Active and Healthy program (formerly Live Well Logan) offers free or low-cost physical activity, health and wellbeing programs to the Logan community. Activities are suitable for everyone, regardless of your age, gender, mobility or work schedule. 

The program aims to promote good health and physical activity across six key categories. These are: 

  • Children and families 
  • Cooking and nutrition 
  • Environment 
  • Fitness and sports 
  • Gentle movement 
  • Wellbeing 

The Active and Healthy program provides weekly activities all year round, with a selection of activities during school holidays, as well as one-off activities, programs, and workshops.

How to get started 

With over 100 weekly, free and low-cost activities in Logan, it’s never been easier to swim, dance, or stretch to a healthier you, with our Active and Healthy program. 

To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form.  These forms are available from the activity provider or by downloading and completing one of the forms below: 

For most activities, you’ll need to: 

  • Wear enclosed shoes 
  • Bring a water bottle 
  • Wear suitable clothing and bring a towel 
  • Bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities 

Activities will not run on public holidays
