You may have read on your current rate notice that your ‘Rate notice information was processed as at 4 Jan 2022’ - not ‘2023’. This was an oversight on our end. Your rate notice should actually read, ‘Rate notice information was processed as at 4 Jan 2023’. Please rest assured the fees and charges are correct and relevant to the billing period 1 Jan 2023 – 31 March 2023.
Council apologises for any confusion this may have caused.
