If you are registering a new business name, you will need to contact the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
Lifesaving qualifications
It is strongly recommended that you undertake some relevant training in pool operation and lifesaving.
Public liability insurance
Whilst Council does not require you to have public liability insurance for this licence, you should research all options regarding your business insurance requirements.
